Bets, deposits and withdrawals are agreements between you and the bookmaker. It sets the odds, settles the markets, decides cash out values and handles complaints about your account, with the GRA as the regulator for licensed operators.
Football predictions on the site are estimates for a match that can end any way, and a prediction never guarantees a result.

Bookmakers.co.ke is written for adults. Under the Gambling Control Act, 2025, a licensed operator registers a player only after proof of the age of majority, which is 18 in Kenya.
Licence details on the site come from the GRA’s list for the 2025/26 financial year. A bookmaker missing from that list appears with the licence it shows on its own site, and the choice to use it stays with you.
Bookmaker names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify each operator. Links to bookmakers go through /go/ addresses, as described in the privacy policy, and these terms of use stop applying once the bookmaker’s own site opens.
